We are hiring a part-time licensed / or Associate clinician to join our fully remote / virtual group therapy practice in the Bay Area, CA.

The candidate will have graduated from an accredited masters or doctoral program and have a CA based license or active BBS Associate Number in good standing including LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, or PsD.

Our practice specializes in couples and relationships. We use Emotionally-Focused Therapy to work with attachment issues, accessing deep vulnerability, and directive interventions. Applicant must have experience with couples and a willingness to be trained and supervised in Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Looking for motivated self-starter able to take initiative in networking/marketing in order to generate some of their own client caseload. Organized with a strong desire to learn and grow as a clinician and as a business. Organized, with strong interpersonal and clinical skills.

The candidate will be working with some or all of these issues and populations: couples, individuals, and families with relationship issues, family issues, parenting, co-parenting, anxiety, depression, grief, and stress.

What we are looking for:

• Therapist CA licensed to practice or Associate in good standing
• Psychotherapy: Minimum 1 Year
• Experience working with couples and individuals
• Availability to see clients up to 20+ hours per week plus consultation.
• Ideally already taken EFT Externship and wanting to be formally trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy
• Hardworking, Organized and detail-oriented, follow-through, and a willingness to learn

The position is part-time (minimum 23 hours). Ideally available afternoons and evenings as well. Weekends are optional.

We will provide generous referrals with the expectation that the applicant also be able to generate own referrals while we provide clinical support, consultation, and guidance. Our practice offers a supportive, nurturing environment.

Applicants working in another private or group practice with plans to take on both employments are not an ideal candidate.

The position requires that the candidate be willing and able to build and hold a minimum of 20+ weekly client hours plus consultation / supervision.

Pay: For Associates, a competitive hourly wage will be offered per client hour.
For Licensees, a % fee split will be offered per client hour.
